With over 300 delegates registered for FLOODrisk 2008, we are pleased to announce that the Conference is fully booked. If you have not registered and would like to attend the conference, please complete the registration form below and we will contact you should a place become available. Conference registration
Registration includes: technical sessions, poster sessions and exhibition plus a book of abstracts and CD of the conference proceedings, the welcome reception and the conference banquet. Advertised lunches and refreshments are also available on conference days. Early registration – up to 30 April 2008 (£575.00) Standard registration - up to 13 June 2008 (£675.00) Late registration – from 14 June 2008 (£725.00) All fees are in GBP and subject to standard UK VAT (17.5%). All delegates, regardless of country of origin or affiliations are liable to pay VAT.
Social programme
Taking dissemination seriously - how to engage key stakeholders in flood risk management? (3 October 2008) Dissemination forms part of many research projects. How can we make the research results available in such away that the target groups are really engaged? Attendance at this presentation and discussion session is free for delegates registered at the conference.

Ice-breaker get together (29 September 2008) An informal opportunity to meet colleagues before the conference starts. Attendance is included in the registration fee.

Accommodation
Accommodation at Keble is now fully booked for most nights – contact the Conference team to be added to the reserve list for rooms. Delegates who still need to organise accommodation during the conference are advised to visit www.visitoxford.org where a range of alternative places to stay may be found. If you have already reserved a room at Keble and you would like to update your booking, please contact the Conference team directly. Accommodation is available at Keble College, Oxford for £80 per night half-board - this include room, evening meal and breakfast. Rooms are single-ensuite rooms with internet access. Please tell us which dates you would like a room: Please note that we have a limited number of rooms available within Keble and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Accompanying persons
Individuals registered as accompanying persons will receive a ticket to the conference dinner, the welcome reception, and will have access to our dedicated guests’ room for the duration of the Conference. Registration for Accompanying persons is £50 per person. (Please contact the Organisers if you wish to book accommodation for accompanying persons).

Cancellations and amendments For full terms and conditions click here. I confirm I have read and accept the registration terms and conditions You can contact the FLOODrisk 2008 Organising Team at floodrisk2008@hrwallingford.co.uk to update or cancel your booking. If you cancel your registration over 12 weeks before the event your registration fee will be refunded in full, minus a £50 (plus vat) charge to cover administrative costs. Registrations cancelled between eight and 12 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus a £50 (plus vat) charge to cover administrative costs. Registrations cancelled less than eight weeks before the conference will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. In line with the booking policy of Keble College, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled accommodation unless we are able to resell the room.
Payment Payment can be made online via credit/debit card. Alternatively you may pay by cheque (in GBP), bank transfer or request an invoice.
